Structural Steel Installation for Warehouse Facility Using Robotic Layout and Hilti Anchors

Precision structural steel erection for a large-scale warehouse, leveraging robotic layout and advanced anchoring systems.

This warehouse build required high-tolerance structural steel installation to support expansive open spans and heavy-load storage systems. Cerito Development Inc Steel Erection was contracted to handle all major framing components—from primary columns and wide-flange beams to joists and bracing. Our team utilized robotic total station layout for pinpoint accuracy and employed Hilti anchor systems to ensure a stable, high-strength connection to the foundation.

Precision in Every Beam

Industrial Strength with Robotic Accuracy

Large-scale steel projects demand both heavy lifting and fine tolerance. We use tech-powered layout tools and secure anchoring systems to exceed modern specs.

Robotic total stations streamline anchor point layout, reducing human error.

Hilti-approved anchoring systems ensure seismic resilience and code conformity.

On-site scanning verifies alignment of all structural members before final welding.

Interior Finishes & Features:

All steel members were pre-fabricated offsite and assembled on-site using crane-assisted lifts and certified rigging practices. Beam-to-column connections were laser-verified for plumb and level alignment, critical for the racking and mezzanine systems. Safety systems, including fall arrest anchor points, were integrated during the build, and fireproofing application followed immediately after structural completion.

Client Outcome & Success:

The warehouse was completed on time, with zero safety incidents and full compliance with structural and seismic codes. The client noted the flawless alignment of steel elements, which reduced downstream costs for interior systems installation. Cerito Development Inc integration of technology and craftsmanship delivered an exceptionally stable frame, ready for long-term industrial operations.
