Anthony leads CDG Development as its founding president. His day-to-day covers strategic direction across all five operating companies, federal compliance oversight, and the final bid sign-off on every major contract the group pursues.

CDG Development, Inc. formed
Parent holding entity established in Atlanta, Georgia. FEIN, SAM.gov, and state registrations filed in sequence to enable federal bid eligibility.
Five operating companies launched
CDG Construction, CDG Mitigation, CDG Steel Erection, CDG Environmental & ROW, and CDG Hangar LLC — each a focused, fully licensed LLC under the parent.
Compliance stack completed
SAM.gov active, Davis-Bacon fluency certified, SWPPP Level IA & II inspectors on staff, IICRC crews trained, OSHA 30 field supervision across every division.
GDOT prequalification + BidNet activation
CDG_ANT26 registered on Team Georgia Marketplace, BidNet Direct GA active, Routine Maintenance prequalification in progress. Nationwide federal capacity growing.
